Patrick and Mary Louise Kennedy are Senior Overseers of New Beginnings Fellowship International (An Apostolic Ministry Resource Center) and certified facilitators for Vision International University locally, nation-wide, and globally. Vision International University is an accredited, non-denominational religious institution. VIU main campus is located in Ramona, California. VIU’S preparatory curriculum is focused on training and equipping those who are called into full time ministerial service such as Church Planting, Pastoral Care, Christian Counselling, Christian Education, Church Administration, Worship and Social Work.

For the past forty-five years, Patrick and Mary Louise Kennedy have dedicated their lives and ministry to winning souls and teaching God's people how to be life winners and givers. As co-founders and senior overseers of an apostolic international ministry and birthing multiple churches, they have given a lifetime to helping people realize that “no matter where you come from, who you are or what you've done, Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior has a New Beginning for you.”
Patrick and Mary Louise have a strong commitment to see every believer operate in the purpose and destiny to which God has assigned them and achieve success in every area of their spiritual lives. Their enthusiasm, compassion for all persons, motivational style and restorative revelation will make an immediate and lasting difference in people lives as they walk into their destinies to which they are called.
The personal mentoring of teachers such as Dr. Lester Sumrall, Dr. Jack Hayford, Derek Prince, Dr. Stan Dekoven, Dr. Morris Cerullo, and Rabbi Curt Landry in the past 45 years has enabled Patrick and Mary Louise to bring many powerful and life-changing revelations to the Body of Christ, but the most extraordinary and important revelations are their teachings on the Foundational Truths of Living our Christian Faith, Awareness of our Hebraic Roots and How to recognize and achieve the Purpose and Destiny of our lives which God has called us and understanding the fullness of our Christian Faith.
