WEBC School Of Ministry

New Beginnings Fellowship International is an Apostolic Training Ministry recognizing, training, and equipping those called to the five-fold offices to plant new works locally and around the globe. World Evangelism Bible College School of Ministry is an affiliate campus with Vision International University. WEBC utilizes Vision International University curriculum and Vision offers Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral Degrees.

Affiliate campuses are schools which are set up as recognized institutions of higher learning with their state or national governments. These schools have faculty and curriculum which meet the requirements of the governmental authorities under which they function. In addition, they have a curriculum which has been designed to include the minimum requirements for degrees offered by Vision International University. Through joint agreement between Vision International University and the affiliate school, the students are awarded diplomas from both institutions upon successfully completing the degree requirements.

Patrick and Mary Louise Kennedy are certified facilitators for Vision International University locally, nation-wide, and globally. Vision International University is an accredited, non-denominational religious institution. Vision International University has a main campus in Ramona, California. VIU has established campuses / resource centers in over 140 nations across the Globe.

Our preparatory curriculum focuses on training and equipping those called into full time ministerial service such as Church Planting, Pastoral Care, Counselling, Christian Education, Church Administration, Worship and Social Work. Our courses focus totally on the Bible, which we believe to be the Word of the living God. Our endeavor is to create a hunger for His Word and proficiency in the declaration of the gospel through proper communicative skills.
